Hi there- my name is Elizabeth Olsen but mostly known by my friends as Liz or Lizzy.
My purpose for this blog is to share, thoughts, meanderings, experiences and anything else I wish to share.

  

I enjoy collecting quotes as they often encapsulate the things I value and believe in. I will share these throughout my writings.

To say a little about me. My interests are wide and varied. My blog will gather material which will say a lot about me and my life.

One of my many interests is photography and throughout I will be sharing these as well.

I enjoy philosophy and psychology and I will share my thoughts on these.

Cooking is another passion of mine and in particular, I enjoy Asian food and my cupboard bears testament to this with many bottles and packets of Asian cooking ingredients. I plan to share favourite recipes both ones I've collected and ones I have made up myself.

In conjunction with my passion for cooking is my interest in organic gardening. This last season I grew  quite a lot of vegetables  and had the delight of freezing many. I'm still enjoying the fruits of my labours. There is nothing more rewarding than serving fresh home grown vegetables to my dinner guests. I too am delighted to partake of these knowing they have no chemicals on them.

On the fitness side of things I enjoy long distance walking and as I write it is Winter and the weather is not always conducive to going out for a long walk and my hips are surely showing the need to get out again. I love Ceroc dancing, Tai Chi and have a great desire to do many other things.

Poetry is an interest of mine which I will share from time to time. I enjoy others poetry as well.

I have a crazy sense of humour. I love to laugh.

My most recent hobby is ballroom and Latin dancing which I'm loving. I have done Ceroc dancing and hope to get back into that soon.
Each of the posts here are a work in progress and will be added to as I acquire new material .

I propose to be quite random in my posts without any specific order. As I said at the beginning this blog is about sharing my thoughts, interests etc.

So......................... here goes. Please feel free to comment on any of the posts and do give me feedback so I can improve things here.
